Overview

Member Pricing by KE ("the App") is developed and operated by Kukoyi and Etetim Enterprises. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

What data we collect

The App collects and stores the following:

• Shop access token — a Shopify-issued credential that allows the App to read and write product data on your store. This is stored securely on our servers and is never shared.

• Product pricing data — member prices you set for your products. These are stored as Shopify metafields on your store and in a shop-level cache used to display prices on your storefront.

What we do not collect

The App does not collect, store, or process any customer personal information — including names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or browsing behaviour. The App has no access to customer accounts or order history beyond what Shopify's discount system uses to apply pricing at checkout.

How data is used

Data collected is used solely to operate the App — specifically to display member prices on your storefront and apply discounts at checkout for logged-in customers.

Third-party services

The App is hosted on Vercel (infrastructure) and communicates with the Shopify Admin API. No data is shared with any other third party.

Data retention

Your shop access token and pricing data are retained for as long as the App is installed on your store. When you uninstall the App, your session data is deleted within 48 hours in accordance with Shopify's data erasure requirements.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data the App holds about your store, or request deletion of that data, by contacting us at the email below. Customers of your store who wish to make a data request should contact you directly as the merchant.
